Dear Friends of Chrissy’s House,

It is with great sorrow that I write you this morning.  Due to health concerns I have tendered my resignation to the board as of July 19, 2010.  The board took the further step of deciding to dissolve the Corporation.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your support as we explored this avenue of ministry.  Your prayers, donations, financial support, and volunteering of time and skills were a valuable asset to Chrissy’s House and an encouragement to the Board and to me personally.

Let us assure you that all donations of furniture, clothing etc. will be given to a facility that helps homeless women and children in the Kansas City Area.  Additionally, any remaining funds after paying any outstanding debts will also go to such a facility.

One final notice must be given.  Due to this decision please accept this as notice that the Chrissy’s House Walk/Fun Run is hereby cancelled.
